My passion and success in Real Estate is deep rooted from my own personal experiences from Buying and Selling real estate. These experiences have allowed me to truly empathize and connect with clients on a deeper level while still employing a business-savvy analytical approach that has yielded multiple Sales Awards annually including the Medallion Club Award for the Top 10% of All Greater Vancouver Realtors.

I’ve been practicing Real Estate for over a decade now, so I’ve experienced many volatile peaks and valleys within the market. These invaluable experiences have given me the ability to recognize and predict the different market trends and consumer behaviors so that I can make timely adjustments to marketing and negotiating strategies.
